Our Classes


Each of our classes is unique - we don’t follow a set formula or script.  Here’s a rough guide to help you figure out which class may be a good fit for you:

Brand-new to yoga?  Working with an injury?  Looking for a slower-paced class?  These classes would be great to explore:


Slower-paced class. Active poses to build strength, stamina and flexibility, resting poses and/or therapeutic ball massage to release muscles & relax deeply.  Great for beginners or those working with injuries.

Basics & Beyond -and- Basics with ball massage

A great class for beginners as well as for more experienced yogis who are interested in delving more deeply into their yoga practice. This class features a mix of active poses, restoratives, and ball massage, along with an exploration of how yoga poses can support the body’s alignment.

Have at least a few classes under your belt?  Looking for both movement and relaxation?  These classes are appropriate for all levels, from the newer student to those with more experience:

Mindfulness in Motion

Yoga practice for all levels to wake up both your body & awareness, and connect with your deepest intentions for the day ahead.  Integration of yoga asana with concentration, mindfulness, and loving-kindness practices.  Each class will end with a short period of meditation.

Align and Restore

A balanced class of basic active yoga poses utilizing healthy alignment to improve strength and flexibility, followed by yoga poses to relax and restore the body, quiet the mind and ease tension.

Afternoon Pick-Me-Up

Poses to energize & relax, a short period of seated meditation, and a rejuvenating resting pose.  You'll leave feeling brighter in your body & mind, ready to meet the rest of your evening.  All levels welcome.

Evening Pick-Me-Up 

All Levels class designed for the evening to both energize & relax.  Refreshing active poses to get your energy & body moving, then massaging ball work and/or calming breathing practices, meditation, and restorative poses to encourage deeper relaxation and better sleep.   

Mindful Morning

Move mindfully through a combination of dynamic sequences and quieter, more restful poses to create spaciousness and strength in the body and mind.  Healthy alignment emphasized, with variations and modifications offered to support students of all levels.

Weekend Wake-Up

An enthusiastic practice for all levels that incorporates movement, strengthening, and stretching so that you can begin your weekend feeling grounded, rejuvenated and relaxed!

Mindful Yoga & Meditation

A light yoga practice to wake up awareness and open the body, followed by a guided meditation (sitting, lying down, standing, or walking).  Practices will include those that build concentration, cultivate mindfulness, and foster loving-kindess.  All levels welcome!

These classes are more physically challenging in terms of poses & pace, and are for students with at least 6 months of yoga experience:

Aligned Flow  **please have at least 6 months of yoga experience before attending this class.

Flowing postures with a focus on being present with breath and movement, concluded with guided meditation and relaxation.  

Align & Refine **please have at least 6 months of yoga experience before attending this class.

This class explores basic as well as more advanced poses, with detailed bio-mechanical alignment instructions, pranayama and meditation to delve more deeply into the yoga practice.
